Our search team formulates the optimal strategy for identifying the ideal candidate, focusing on companies and industries that are most likely to yield successful candidates. The team compiles an initial extensive list of target companies and candidates. This strategy takes into account the level and scope of similar roles and incorporates other essential reference points: the candidate's location/region, the corporate culture of both the client and the target company, as well as the ranking and market position of competitors, among others. Additionally, off-limit companies are clearly defined — these are the organizations from which we will refrain from approaching candidates due to sensitive client relationships and/or existing client restrictions with these companies.

Using the originally established strategy as a foundational blueprint, the search team conducts research to identify and profile ideal candidates as part of a vision, outlining the reporting hierarchy relationships of departmental teams and frequently creating organizational charts for target teams. Conventional search firms usually carry out the majority of their research online. Additionally, we will delve deeper into our own candidate database, exclusive information services, and social media/online professional networks like LinkedIn, among others, to generate a list of potential candidates.
